Just a quick word about something I've noticed by going through all the daily traffic reports back while I was out. I had a bunch of time on my hands while sick...:) Now we usually run small ad posts a couple of days each week. When I looked over the reports of traffic generated by our posts, I saw a lot of the same users repeatedly clicking the ads but doing nothing more. Now don't get me wrong! Please continue to click the ads, and as many as you wish! I am just wondering why there is a large group who click just about every ad and even repeatedly clicking the same ad link three or four times within a few hours time, but nothing more, they must not feel comfortable making a sale with OLIN. So I want to re-state our policy for you to help put your mind at ease over buying from OLIN. First, as a company who uses PayPal.Com, we never get to see the customers method of payment including their credit card number and so on. All that info is keep local with PayPal. It's just like PayPal never knows more than the title and amount of what you are buying from us! They never get any other info from us. So please feel free to use Paypal in true 100% security. Paypal is too large and too professional to allow any phoney games with security. We on the other hand simply only need to know that a valid sale was completed and we direct you to the page to download your purchase. Pretty simple huh? I just want everyone to know the whole process. Secondly, we state that we offer on most of our prouct a full sixty (60) day 'free test drive'. A few of our personal product and some affiliate products only come with a thirty (30) day free trial. I would venture to say that shortly all will be a full sixty (60) day trial. Until then, any product you purchased from OLIN had better work and do exactly as it is suppose to or we want you to get a full refund! We have very high standards for our merchandise and we don't want one bad product polluting the public opinion of all of our products. So that isn't just a silly slogan, we mean it! It works and does exacty as we say it will or, get a full refund! Thirdly, we understand that sometimes folks get caught up in the excitement of online shopping and once they get the bills they are starting to freak out! Even under this kind of situation we would still rather give you a full refund, wait for you to return and purchase the product again when you were more financially prepared to.
Again, it may sound like a silly slogan to say , whatever reason is reason enough for us! We don't hold a customer down under a hot bare bulb until they agree to keep our products! Why? I really don't think that customer would be the kind that would give us good reviews to another. Even though it wasn't in our control, we still want only 100% satisfied customers! We are a 'for profit' company and plan to be around a long time. The only way we can do this is to be the type of company we are with the refund policies we have detailed above. There are many advantages to purchase with OLIN, I don't want this to become an ad, but we're sure you know all the reasons and that is why you are a customer/follower. Yes we are aware of horror stories on the net about not finding the company to place a refund with and if you do get lucky, they charge you a dopey 're-stocking fee'! Of course we aren't anything like that! When we give a refund it is for the full amount a customer spent-period! Lastly, another reason or benefit that some may not know is that once you've made a purchase at OLIN, for the entire amount of time you are given as a 'free test drive', either thirty (30) or sixty (60) days, if that same product goes on sale or special, we match the price and refund the difference to you! You never have a reason to have 'cold feet' at the checkout! If it goes down in price you get that sale or special price, simple as that!
So I hope I covered the points that have kept some of you from making purchases from OLIN. Simply, just because we are so commited to customers always saying good and positive things about us, we have done and will continue to do whatever is necessary to achieve 100% satisfaction. The very best way to know if a product will do all it claims as well as all you need it to do, the only true way is to buy and give it a hard 'test drive'! This is also another reason why we try to keep emotions over a product within limits and not try to 'over-sell' the product by stretching the truth just a bit! However, if you ever feel that we have over sold the product just a bit and it left you feeling down after inspection, please come back and get a full refund. Yes, we know that folks could abuse our graciousness, however, in order to have 100% satisfied customers in such a tough market we must expose ourselves and hope for the best! Please continue clicking on our ads, that tells us we are offering the right type of merchandise. We simply wish for you to feel comfortable enough to make a purchase or two when you see something you want! Don't ever worry that you are getting stuck with a 'piece of junk' or that it will 'go on sale' next week! You don't even have to worry if we 'add more bonuses' to the same offer you purchased, well, you get those as well, just by asking us!The only true way to know of what I'm referring to, is to put OLIN to the test and make a small purchase! Our merchandise is always above the rest out there. We simply have the best products and service at the lowest prices-period! Thank you for reading, and may God bless you and yours!
