Our Policies Because We Care - The February 15 2013 Blog Carnival Of Christian Family Information Exchange

Welcome and thank you for reading our now, weekly Blog Carnival Of Christian Family Information Exchange. This Carnival is important to many people for it offers a 'ton' of great and important information for Christian families. The other good point about our Carnival is that anyone, literally anyone can write up an article, proof-read it and even have a friend proof-read it and then submit it to us via the http://blogcarnival.com/ or via email to Director@olinepublishing.com . You do not ever need to be a so-called 'expert writer' either. All you do need is the skill to convey your particular message pertinent to Christian Families and written in a family friendly style so that even children of eight or nine can enjoy reading it. We regularly encourage our customers and preferred families to get all together and read our Blog Carnival and together discuss/debate it. So leave the 'adult-only' stuff for others to write about, please. I have been asking for articles from Christian teens and pre-teens. And yes it is true they can even get extra credit for one, writing a good article and two for getting it published! I again, will do whatever necessary to make sure the kids get extra credit. Even if that means personally contact the instructor directly! I have also been asking for articles from our Christian seniors. You seniors are a wealth of information that can and will aid us 'youngsters'. I would love to even have a few good 'how-to's', recipes and traditions of yesterday. So all I can say is, please write an article or two and email to me or send the URL to blog carnival.

Next, please allow me to detail a few points before we get to this week's great Blog Carnival! I was speaking with some customers this week and it became very clear to me that not all of our customer's know all about us and our company story. Not all of our current customer base has been with us from the beginning. So if you will allow me to tell our story so that all of you know just, WHO we air and why you want to do business, one form or another.

I started this company, OLIN e-Publishing Company back in 2001. At that time there was no OLINeBooks or company supported Christian homeschooling or our Water Charities. To understand our company you unfortunately, must understand me and my story. I have a rare inherited genetic disease call Adrenomyeloneuropathy, AMN falls under the leukodystrophy diseases. This disease effects me very similar to how Multiple Sclerosis effects its patients. I mention this to only make the point that I now completely work with OLIN and no other outside employment. I also mention this to clear up a confusion with the search engines. Back in the beginning of forming OLIN I got very ill and had to turn over the running of OLIN to my wife Theresa. Once I was better I took over again and so that is why you will see her name as the Director in some searches. Lastly, on the whole disease deal is that I am lucky to have all my mental facilities and only stuck in a wheelchair to get around. I also mention the above because I do know how it feels to be so very depressed. I know how difficult it is to be disabled. I also know how outside influences' try to attack a Christian marriage. And...I now know why I hate the word INVALID! No thank you I am not, I am very valid!

In the beginning, e-books were just trying to gain respect. Back when the economy was a whole lot better than it is now, peoples reason's to not buy an e-book because it was just that an e-book! As time has moved on electronic information became a mainstay and is here to now stay! For a long time e-books looked as though they were going to only be about 'how to make a million dollars every minute of everyday without having to pay income tax'! Thank God those are on the way out! There will always be that type but not just at the excepted 'norm'. I realized early on that 'information' is truly power and those with all the information will do rather well. At this time, Christianity was becoming more and more a object of ridicule. It didn't take this dopey thinker too very long to see an need and a way to meet that need. So a long story short, over the years OLIN has become very respected because of the quality of information we provide at lower cost than similar information. In the last three years or so education and homeschooling for Christian, high levels of mastery has become very needed. I have many programs to made your child into a 'super-brainy' student but without the drudgery, because now it has been made fun and a type of mental challenge that leads to higher and higher levels of attainment, just like the rush a running back on the high school football team feels after scoring a touchdown! The new 'super-brainy' children are avoiding many of the serious troubles others fall into such as bullying, depression, drug abuse and more. For the first time in a long time it is very cool to be a 'super brainy' kid. Other kids brag about their friend who can do this or do that! Proficient and aptitude levels in math, reading, memorization, community charities and religious involvement are soaring

About the same time the 'super-brainy' was growing, so to was family unit satisfaction and time spent together returned and was important. I answered new family unit excitement. I answered with information about family pets, fun-time family projects and various 'how to's that taught the importance of learning 'old-time' activities to learning to be more self-reliant! At every turn or developing trend I put OLIN at the center. Today, many adults can be heard saying, I think we ought to see if OLIN has a 'how-to' on this project so that we don't mess-up!

Many of our customers have said it is far easier for us to search for an eproduct, you have been searching for. We normally find wanted eproducts within a few hours or one day. We ask for three business days to find it for you, so keep that in mind and please don't wait until the last moment. To ask us to find eproduct for you, send an email with more details than needed, and what price you will play to Director@olinepublishing.com . Simple and direct!

While on the subject of emails. Our customers have asked us to never email them first! They have said that they know we are thankful for a sale, so they don't need the extra email. So please remember, it isn't because we are lazy and don't care! So please remember, you WILL NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM US UNLESS YOU FIRST EMAIL US. For all business issues email, Director@olinepublishing.com . For any customer service issues email, customer_service@olinepublishing.com. We kindly ask for three business days to respond to emails. If after three days and you haven't heard back from us, please re-mail us and make a note that you have already waited three days and that we had better hurry up now!!

Now allow me to explain a couple of polices for you. A new policy our customers have asked for is a full sixty day money back guarantee instead of thirty days. So all of our eproducts will now come with a 'full sixty (60) day FREE 'test-drive' to see if it meets your needs. If during the sixty days you are not happy with it, simply send and email and ask for a refund promptly. You will get 100% of your money back. We don't have any dopey 're-stocking fees' to keep your money from you! No hassles and no questions is what we promise to our customers asking for a return and refund. The newest policy we have is a brand new 'ninety day (90) price protection guarantee'! If you buy an eproduct from us and the price goes down, on sale, or on clearance you email and ask for the difference of what you paid and the new price, refunded back without any questions or hassles! We want all of our customers to be pleased with us and to enjoy doing business with us because it is the fair Christian way to do tings. With our new ninety (90) day price assurance policy and with our sixty (60) Day 'FREE test-drive' 100% Money Back Guarantee, it means peace of mind and easy decisions when it comes to doing Christian business with OLIN eproducts! Now there isn't a product we know of that we won't honor these polices for. Even when someone could cheat us on magic tricks and illusions we don't wavier. If someone buys a magic trick manual, learns how to do it and then asked for a full refund. Well, it's kind of hard to put the secret back into the bottle, but we gave our word and so they will get a refund also. Naturally, this won't happen often as a sort of protection for various copyrights and our informational rights.

Lastly, I promise this is the last deal before the Blog Carnival. We understood when our customer's told us it was hard to be online with tweeter when one of our offerings came up. They say they got tried of waiting for a certain product to rotate through. We have corrected the problem completely and you are going t love it! We went and pinned-up each of our offering's at Pinterest. All details, sale page, demos, bonuses and all of everything on each product. This way it's sort of an online catalog just for you! This way you can shop at any time take as long as you wish, and never get pressured to hurry up. Why? Well for one reason there aren't any pushy salespeople there and you and your purchase experience truly matters to us. So we hope you print out this posting and keep it safe somewhere. Now you will also know when you see this tweet, 'Shop OLIN'S after-hours ~ Details, Special Prices, Demos and Bonus information for 100+ Popular, Quality OLIN Information eProducts!
